  1. Boil the water& the sugar.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Move to double boiler,& add the white chocolate and allow to melt.
  4. Let mixture cool.
  5. Add the creme de cassis& vanilla extract,and combine.
  6. Freeze in a ice cream maker.
  7. and fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Freeze again.
