Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in large skillet.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In skillet, saute garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add onion and sweet red pepper, saute till tender.
  5. Add beef back into skillet.
  6. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste, stir together.
  7. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  8. Slowly bring to a simmer, turn to low and continue to simmer 40 minutes.
  9. Serve over pasta.
