Directions

  1. In electric skillet set at 300 degrees (or heavy pan over low heat), cook butter, sugar, dates and egg until gooey and thickened. about 7-10 min.
  2. Add pecans and vanilla.
  3. Then add Rice Krispies.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Cool until slightly warm.
  6. Form into balls & roll in powdered sugar.
  7. Makes 50-60 small balls.
