Ingredients Nutrition

  • 200 g Marie biscuits (crushed)
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg (yolk only)
  • 250 g dates (chopped)
  • 12 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Melt butter and sugar slowly.
  2. Mix in chopped dates and egg yolk.
  3. Mix in crushed biscuits.
  4. Pat into a flat square tin until about 1cm thick.
  5. Put in fridge to set.
  6. Cut into squares and watch them disappear!
