This was really easy to make, but it lacked enough of a cheese taste for my household, especially my kids who are the Mac and Cheese fans. The sauce was bland and tasted more like flour than cheese. And for the number of servings, it could use more pepper than just a pinch, but that could just be our preference (and maybe others might like a lighter pepper touch). Thank you, cisquester.
