"My boyfriend loves hot food
. I came up w/ this recipe and he raves about it.We use our own hot sauce, it's loaded w/ habeneros, but you can use any kind."

ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 3⁄4 cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 egg
- 3⁄4 cup any barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
directions
- Mix everything together, using your hands is much easier.
- Put mixture in a greased or pam sprayed loaf pan.
- Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour,then at 375 uncovered for 20 minute.
