- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 cup sweet relish
- 4 tablespoons green onions, chop to desired size
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (adjust to taste)
- 1 1⁄4 tablespoons horseradish
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cajun seasoning
directions
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Adjust to taste.
- Chill.
