  1. Beat the egg with the milk.
  2. Blend the ingredients for the base, press in an 8" square pan and bake for 12-15 minutes at 375F.
  3. Spread jam evenly over the base.
  4. Blend all topping ingredients except egg whites.
  5. Whip the egg whites until stiff and then fold into the topping mixture.
  6. Spread over jam layer.
  7. Bake at 350F until golden approx 20-30 minutes.
