Directions

  1. Cream butter, oil, and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.
  2. Whisk together dry ingredients. Add to wet ingredients and mix just until fully combined. Form into a disc, wrap tightly in plastic and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Roll cookies out to about 1/4" thick. Cut into desired shapes. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.
