  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1 T sugar, and butter. Sprinkle on sides and bottom of greased 10-inch springform pan.
  2. Cook and stir pudding mix, remaining sugar, and milk to full boil. Cover pudding surface.
  3. Beat cream cheese; beat in egg yolks, lemon juice, vanilla, salt, and pudding mixture. Beat egg whites to peaks; fold inches.
  4. Pour in pan. Bake at 450F for 30 minutes, until set in center. Cool.
