Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Combine peaches and 1/2 cup sugar. Let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Put ½ stick of butter into baking dish. Microwave to melt.
  4. Pour fruit mixture into butter.
  5. Combine flour, remaining 1 cup sugar, milk and vanilla. Pour over fruit.
  6. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
