ingredients
- 3 lbs filet from salmon
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons lite brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
directions
- Mix all ingredients well, rub into fish. Grill skin side down, do not turn fish. Grill on low 15 minutes.
