Directions

  1. Stir butter with sugar and cinnamon in heavy large skillet over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add dark rum and liqueur and simmer until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add bananas and stir to coat.
  4. Scoop vanilla ice cream into dishes and spoon sauce and bananas over.
  5. You would want to serve this immediately! :-).
