  • Melt chocolate with cocoa and liquor.
  • Stir.
  • Add beaten egg yolks.
  • In a separate bowl beat cream.
  • Add sugar gradually.
  • Add chocolate mixture.
  • Add stiffly beaten egg whites carefully.
  • You can refrigerate or freeze (and serve as you would a semi-freddo).
