Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped (high quality - 60% cocoa or better)
  • 14 cup walnut oil or 14 cup almond oil or 14 cup canola oil
  • 13 cup water
  • 12 cup unsweetened cocoa (optional)
  • 12 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Place chocolate, oil, and water in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Place in microwave - heat on HIGH for 1 minute.
  3. Stir and heat 1 minute longer or until melted.
  4. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Cover and chill 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Place cocoa and nuts on separate plates.
  7. Make 3/4 inch balls with the truffle mixture.
  8. Roll in cocoa or chopped nuts.
  9. Keep chilled.
