Directions

  1. Cream butter, oil, and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  3. Add sifted or well blended dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
  4. Blend in zucchini.
  5. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  8. May dust with powdered sugar after it has cooled, if desired.
