"This is a recipe I got from a local mennonite cookbook and it is one of my favorite ways to eat zucchini! I absolutely love the blend of flavors in this recipe- the cinnamon and the chocolate pair so well together! Enjoy!"

  1. Just got a call from a friend for whom I translated this recipe when she asked me what to do with the abundance of zucchini in her garden... She told me this was the best zucchini cake she ever made. Even her DH who NEVER eats cake loved it! Thanks for posting!
