  1. A1 Bacon Meatballs:
  2. Cook and chop all bacon (Save grease).
  3. Mix 8 tbsp A1, ground turkey and 1/2 of the chopped bacon in a bowl.
  4. Roll into 16 even balls.
  5. Preheat oven to 350.
  6. Fry meatballs in bacon grease at medium high until all sides are browned.
  7. Set meatballs evenly distributed upon baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
  9. A1 Bacon Relish:
  10. Dice tomato and avocado.
  11. Add tomatoes and avocado to remaining chopped bacon and 3 tbsp of A1, then mix in bowl.
  12. A1 Spinach Salad:
  13. Chop cherries and walnuts
  14. Mix cherries and walnuts with spinach in salad bowl.
  15. A1 Vinaigrette:
  16. Blend 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp A1 and 2 tbsp red wine vinegar.
  17. A1 Aioli:
  18. Whisk 1 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp A1 and mayonnaise till completely blended.
  19. Hamburger bun chips:
  20. Toast hamburger buns,
  21. Flatten and cut into quarters.
  22. Plating:
  23. Dish relish and salad on opposite sides of plate.
  24. Place meatballs on top of relish.
  25. Drizzle aioli over meatballs.
  26. Dress salad with Vinaigrette.
  27. Plate chips on side.
  28. ENJOY.
