Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 baked potatoes
  • 1 lb round steak, cubed
  • flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) can French onion soup

Directions

  1. put flour and cubed round steak in large ziplock bag and shake to coat.
  2. fry meat in hot oil until completely cooked.
  3. drain oil and return meat to skillet.
  4. add can of french onion soup
  5. allow soup to thicken.
  6. serve over hot potatoe.
  7. optional toppings: green onions, sour cream, black olives, chedder cheese, mushrooms.
