  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Spray a 9x13 glass pan.
  3. Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs 1 at a time.
  5. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Blend in flour mix a little at a time using mixer.
  7. Add chocolate chips.
  8. Spread evenly in pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  9. Let cool and slice into squares.
