  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Add splash of extra virgin olive oil to 10 inch cast iron skillet and stretch dough to fit bottom and slightly up sides of skillet.
  • Brush dough with more olive oil and spread thin layer of polenta on top.Dot with chorizo,black beans,red pepper and cover with Ragu Sauce.Crumble goat cheese on top and bake 25 minutes.
  • Lift pizza out of skillet and let cool 5-10 minutes(waiting is so hard!)While pizza cools,toss arugula and chopped avocado with splash of olive oil and red wine vinegar.Top pizza with salad mix,chopped cilantro and pine nuts.Season with ground black pepper and sea salt.slice into wedges and enjoy.
