ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup salad oil
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 bottle chili sauce
directions
- Mix all the ingredients and place steak in the sauce to marinate over night.
- This works good on tougher pieces of meat.

This was my first attempt at a deer steak, and this marinade tenderized it very well. I left it on for 24 hrs. It had a barbeque-like taste, with a nice spice to it. My husband raved about how good it was.
