“Deerburger or Ground Beef Pie”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs deer, burger or 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (14 ounce) can cut green beans
  • 1 (14 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (12 ounce) package biscuits

Directions

  1. In a skillet, lightly brown the deerburger or ground beef.
  2. Stir in the onion and continue to cook until it is clear.
  3. Now stir in the salt, pepper, beans and soup. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Place in a 350 oven and begin baking for about 30 minutes.
  5. When the casserole begins to bubble, cover the top of it with the biscuits, turn the oven temperature up to 375 and continue baking another 15 to 20 minutes or until the biscuits are done.
