- 2 ounces cream
- 4 ounces apple cider
- 1⁄4 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1⁄8 cup ice
- 1⁄2 cup ice cream
directions
- Rim martini glass with sugar .
- Blend cream, apple cider, apple pie spice, ice, and ice cream together until smooth.
- Pour into rimmed glass.

This is a great shake! Not too sweet and the apple juice and spices give it a nice fall apple pie flavor. I topped mine with whipped cream and a few grinds from my cinnamon and sugar grinder. Made for ZWT8 British Pub Crawl Challenge. -
So yummy. I made a double and DH and I shared it with two straws like 1950's teens. Absolutely perfect on this humid and muggy day. I topper it with some whipped cream and a shake of cinnamon. It's more refreshing than ice cream alone and does have a lovely apple flavor. Break out the blender and start mixing because everyone is going to want one and it just couldn't be any easier to make.
