Dee's Health Bread

"I found this recipe on allrecipe.com. I don't know who Dee is but I am grateful she came up with this recipe. My husband and FIL love it. My kids like it when I use it to make "mini" pizzas. Its full of fiber and you feel healthier eating it. Note: I have yet to mix all 4 cups of bread flour into the dough by hand. Also I put the dough into 4 loaf pans and they still come out great. I have put the dough in round casseroles dishes also."
