  1. Combine spices, 2 tablespoons of oil and the lemon juice with the turkey and marinate overnight, or at least 2 hours.
  2. Quickly saute veggies in oil until lightly cooked over medium heat approximately 3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Saute meat (undrained) in the same pan about 4 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Return veggies to pan with meat ensuring that all is heated through.
  5. Serve with tortillas, avocado, salsa, grated cheese and sour cream.
