- 1 (1 ounce) packet Italian salad dressing mix
- 3⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dry oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper
directions
- Mix all and let sit for 30 minutes to combine flavors. pour over your cooked pasta, veggies, etc. Refrigerate.
