Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup arugula (not packed) or 1 cup baby spinach leaves (not packed)
  • 4 slices deli peppered turkey breast
  • 4 slices havarti cheese (or Rustico with Black Peppercorns cheese)

Directions

  1. Lay 1/4 cup baby spinach or arugula on each slice of turkey.
  2. Top each with a piece of cheese. Roll up and cut in half before serving.
