Directions

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9x9" or 7x11" ungreased pan.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and lower oven heat to 300 degrees.
  4. Beat Cream cheese, gradually adding sugar.
  5. Add remaining filling ingredients and beat well.
  6. Pour over baked crust.
  7. Return to oven and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle sliced almonds evenly over top.
  9. Mix icing ingredients and drizzle over top of hot bars.
  10. Cool and chill before cutting.
  11. Store in refrigerator.
