Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (16 ounce) package cheese ravioli, frozen (I use celentano round ravioli)
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef (or combine both) or 1 lb ground Italian sausage (or combine both)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 teaspoon italian seasoning (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 375 deg.
  2. Brown ground beef/ italian sausage
  3. Add Italian Seasoning to ground beef as it cooks.
  4. Spray casserole dish with non stick spray.
  5. After meat has been cooked and drained combine spaghetti sauce and meat, heat through.
  6. Place 1/3 of the sauce in dish to cover bottom.
  7. Layer frozen ravioli.
  8. Layer 1/3 of the sauce.
  9. Layer 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  10. Layer frozen ravioli.
  11. Layer last of the sauce.
  12. Top with 1 cup mozarella cheese.
  13. Cover with aluminum foil.
  14. Cook for 40 minutes, then uncover and cook another 5-10 minutes.
  15. **Be sure to not let aluminum foil touch the top of the dish or it will pull your cheese off when you uncover it.**.
