  • Prehat oven to 350F or 180°C.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix all wet ingredients, except bananas.
  • Add the wet mix to dry.
  • Fold in the banana.
  • Pour into a suitable-sized, greased mould [square is best].
  • Put mix in oven for 50-60 minutes, checking every 20 or so.
  • When finished, serve and enjoy!
