Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3 frozen strawberries (choose between this and frozen fruit) or 1 tablespoon strawberry all-fruit spread (choose between this and frozen fruit)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Directions

  1. I use a Magic Bullet, but a food processor works too. Cut the banana in one inch rings and throw in with all ingredients. Blend until thick and creamy.
