Directions

  1. Mix the soy sauce, mirin, sugar and ginger. Marinate the salmons in this mix for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and wasabi. Combine all veggies in large bowl and stir the mayo-wasabi mix through it.
  3. Take the salmon from the marinade and cook it for six minutes in the oil.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the noodles following the directions on the pack.
  5. Take the salmon from the pan and keep it warm in aluminum foil, while you toss the rest of the marinade in the pan on low heat until it becomes syrupy.
  6. On each plate, place some vegetables, some noodles, a peace of salmon, drizzle on some marinade sauce and finish of with some sesame seeds.
  7. Enjoy!
