Delicious Meatloaf (Secret Ingredient: Ketchup)

  • Mix all the Meat Loaf ingredients.
  • Put in a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Put on Meat Loaf.
  • Cook in oven at 350 degrees farenheit for about 1 hour. (I personnaly like it better a bit more cooked).

  1. Very moist. I added a whole small onion and additional parsley. Next will add more pepper. Definitely worth a scond dinner.
     
  2. I followed the recipe and added a 1/3 cup of chopped bell pepper, I have just enough leftovers for my boyfriend to take to work for lunch...
     
  3. YUM!!!! Followed recipe exactly. New meal on regular rotation in our house. I added a quarter teaspoon sage powder to the sauce, some fresh thyme leaves and fresh parsley.
     
  4. Followed the directions explicitly...but this was not enjoyed by my family. I believe the "secret" should be to use a "less lean" beef. I used very expensive 93% lean beef...and, quite frankly, I will either throw the leftovers away or feed to dogs. Sorry, but it is simply not good!
