Delicious Porcupine Meatballs

  • Mix hamburger, rice, onion, green pepper, seasoning salt and pepper.
  • Shape into about 20 cocktail size meatballs.
  • Place meatballs in casserole dish.
  • In same bowl you made meatballs in, add 1 or 2 cans of tomato soup (depending on how much sauce you want) and 1/2 to 1 can of water (1/2 can water per 1 can soup).
  • Add seasoning salt and pepper.
  • Pour soup over meatballs.
  • Cover and bake 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
