- 1 lb hamburger
- 1⁄2 cup instant rice
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
- 5 ounces water (1/2 soup can)
- seasoning salt
- pepper
directions
- Mix hamburger, rice, onion, green pepper, seasoning salt and pepper.
- Shape into about 20 cocktail size meatballs.
- Place meatballs in casserole dish.
- In same bowl you made meatballs in, add 1 or 2 cans of tomato soup (depending on how much sauce you want) and 1/2 to 1 can of water (1/2 can water per 1 can soup).
- Add seasoning salt and pepper.
- Pour soup over meatballs.
- Cover and bake 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
