directions

 • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
 • Combine Bisquick with cold butter in a medium bowl using a pastry cutter or a large fork. You don't want to mix too thoroughly. There should be small chunks of butter in there that are about the size of peas. Add cheddar cheese, milk, and 1/2 tsp garlic. Mix by hand until combined, but don't over mix.
 • Drop approximately 1/4 cup portions of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet using an ice cream scoop.
 • Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to turn light brown.
 • Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a small bowl in your microwave. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes.
 • Spread the garlic butter over the tops of all the biscuits after you take them out of the oven.

 3. These biscuits are absolutely delicious! I made a batch today, and forwarded a photo of them, along with this recipe, to my sons. Red Lobster pulled out of these parts a few years ago, so I've missed these little gems.

 5. Very tasty and super easy. They are also great as left overs to pack in lunch! I was going to make breadsticks but ran out of time so I thought I would give this biscuit recipe a try and it was the perfect bread to go with my dinner. DH and son loved them too. I will definitely be making these again.

I love to cook and I have a husband who loves to eat, so it's definitely a match made in heaven :) I have a beautiful 23 year old daughter who lives in Maine. Our pets are Kirby (dog) and Kody (cat). I meet my husband on a flight to San Diego....it was love at 1st flight :) My husband is from western New York and I'm a native of Colorado. I love this site. Well actually, I've become addicted to it. I rarely got on the computer before but I'm on it everyday now looking at recipes. I just wish I had enough time to make all the wonderful recipes I see. When I make a really good recipe I share it with family, friends, coworkers and customers.
