Delicious Vinaigrette

directions

  • Blend all ingredients except the oil and onions in Blender/Food Processor.
  • Next slowly add the oil, blending it all together thoroughly.
  • Then add half the onions and again blend.
  • Finally the last of the onions are chopped finely and whisked into the mixture.
  • Let stand 2-3 hours - Do Not Refrigerate.

  2. A fresh, lite dressing for a Spring salad with a nice blend of different vinegars and spices. Wondering how it would be with a tablespoon of balsamic added to it, might give that a try next time, and maybe a little big of garlic. But good just as it is too. Made for Spring PAC 2014
