  1. easy, nice flavor and the house smells yummy for hours after baking :) I made a batch with strictly A/P flour and one with a 2:1 mix of A/P and whole wheat. This is a keeper for us.

  2. I just made these for my boys' after school snack. They loved them! (So did I.) Very moist and fluffy. Good flavour with just enough spice.

  3. These muffins are very moist. My husband and I loved them. I used 1 cup of all-purpose flour and 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour. I think this makes it a little more nutritional.

  4. I just loved this muffins!!!! I couldn't decide whether to have it warm with butter or cream cheese, so I split it and had half with each!!! Both ways are absolutely delicious!! I do agree with the other reviewer, in that it doesn't taste strongly of apples, but the taste is just wonderful and so moist. This is so simple to put together with ingredients I have on hand all the time. The only difference I made was that I didn't have any allspice, so I added 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon and then 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves. I also used regular size muffin tin. Thanks for a great recipe!!!

  5. These truly were delightful! They didn't really taste like apple, but had a wonderful flavor nonetheless and were very tender and moist. We loved these! I got almost three dozen out of the recipe, and used cinnamon applesauce instead of regular. Thanks for a great recipe that I'll definitely use again!
