  1. Preheat the oven to 350*F, line a 9x13 baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Slowly melt 210-220 g chocolate with the goat's butter in a double boiler.
  3. Chop the remaining chocolate into smallish chunks and mix with the almond flour and baking powder.
  4. Beat the eggs and sugar together until creamy.
  5. Fold in the ground almond mix and the melted chocolate.
  6. Swiftly transfer the mixture to the prepared tray and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Remove from the pan and allow to cool overnight.
