Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup milk, scalded
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 34 cup butter
  • 3 egg yolks, well beaten
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 4 12 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Have milk warmed; add yeast and butter.
  2. Add egg yolks and sugar.
  3. Mix in flour and salt.
  4. Knead dough 10 minutes and let rise.
  5. Shape into rolls.
  6. Let rise until doubled.
  7. Bake in 375 degree Fahrenheit oven 15 minutes or until browned.
