  1. Melt 1 cup chocolate raspberry chips with 1/2 cup butter over hot water. Stir in sugar and eggs. Mis well. Srir in flour and baking powder, mix well. Spread evenly in a greased and floured 8-inch square pan.
  2. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes. Cool.
  3. GLAZE: Melt remaining chips with 1 tablespoons butter and water over hot water; mix well. Spread evenly over cooled brownies.
  4. Cut into squares.
