  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook macaroni.
  3. Saute onions and celery in a tablespoon of butter,then add ground beef and cook until browned;drain off fat.
  4. Stir in spices.
  5. Mix all ingredients in large bowl or the pan you cooked the meat in.
  6. Combine cheddar cheese while the pasta is still warm,reserving enough cheese to sprinkle on the top to melt.
  7. Spoon into a greased casserole dish and top with reserved cheese.
  8. Bake for about 45 minutes.
  9. Serves 4.
