Directions

  1. Fill 5 qt pot with water to 1 inch from top.
  2. Add diced potatoes to water, with oleo, and spices. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add can of tomato paste.
  4. Add spaghetti noodles broken in half. Boil till done.
  5. Ladle into bowls add grated cheese or mozzarella cheese to bowl.
  6. It melts, oh so good.
