Derby Drink

"Our Annual Kentucky Derby party has some participants who can't drink alcohol (medical reasons), or don't like the taste of bourbon (in Mint Juleps). This recipe solved our problem. It was slightly adapted for easier transport from the recipe at www.mixed-drink.com. Now everyone (Mint Julep and Kentucky Derby drinkers) can toast the start of the race together. It's a different taste, but refreshing. Cook time is standing time. Prep time includes squeezing the lemons. Servings is estimated. Hope you enjoy!"

I cook for fun (mostly because I don't have to cook every day) and am always on the lookout for interesting recipes. I also do some canning. Hobbies include jewelry making, drawing, and reading. I detest housework - but it gets done - eventually. I also detest car maintenance - that gets done immediately.
