ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 3⁄4 cup salad oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder (or more)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger (or more)
directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- Marinade steak or steak tips for at least 4 hours (a day or more is better).
- Barbecue (don't broil or pan fry).
