Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 (3 ounce) canchunk chicken breasts, drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) canchunky portabella mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can 98% fat free broccoli cheese soup
  • 14 cup instant minced onion (more or less if you want at all)
  • black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Add everything to a medium sized soup pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes,stirring occasionally.
