  • 1 (15 ounce) can pear halves
  • 12 teaspoon grated gingerroot

Directions

  1. Freeze unopened can of pears overnight.
  2. Rinse frozen can under hot water for 30 seconds.
  3. Open can and transfer frozen pears and syrup to a food processor. Add ginger and pulse until smooth.
