Detroit Kielbasa, Kraut and Potatoes - Too Easy!

"The easiest recipe ever for a hearty, comforting dish on a cold night. I made this up years ago when I lived in Michigan and I didn't know what else to do for supper. It was a huge hit with my family, and is probably the only recipe my son has ever requested from me, even tho he now lives in NYC and has access to the greatest food in the world. Note: Kielbasa is another name for Polish Sausage, very popular in Detroit. Also, amounts of sauerkraut and sour cream are approximate; use whatever works for you depending on your taste. Canned potatoes (drained) could also be substituted for boiled potatoes in a pinch."
