  • Cut eggs in 1/2.
  • Remove yolks and mash.
  • Blend with yolks the following: Thousand Island and mustard.
  • (+/- the Thousand Island depending on preference - drier or wetter).
  • top with paprika.
  • chill and then serve.

  1. We thought these deviled eggs were very good and I would make them again as we love thousand island dressing, plus they were very fast to make with just a few ingredients. Made for Fall 2012 Pick A Chef.
     
  2. These ae different...I don't usually put relish or pickles in my eggs. They were good, a little sweet but not horrible. Made for I Recommend Holiday Tag.
