  1. Cut eggs in 1/2.
  2. Remove yolks and mash.
  3. Blend with yolks the following: Thousand Island and mustard.
  4. (+/- the Thousand Island depending on preference - drier or wetter).
  5. top with paprika.
  6. chill and then serve.
